Lula Ososki is a freelance Researcher, Creative Director and Consultant working for a broad range of clients including Maison Margiela, Gucci, Adidas, Farfetch, The Face, i-D, MAC Cosmetics, Young and more. Her work focuses on creative development, cultural research, scouting and building connections with global talent as well as providing insights for luxury, lifestyle and beauty brands.

She started writing for i-D at 17 before going on to work at creative agency Superimpose Studio. She then took on the role of Head of Content and Community for Irregular Labs, a learning network and innovation lab focusing on helping brands connect and create with Gen Z. Her role involved working as an editor on trend reports, building a global community, commissioning talent for projects and offering creative expertise to clients across all projects.

Lula was a speaker on a panel at Business of Fashion VOICES 2018. She has also been featured in the Guardian and at 18, was part of DAZED’s #dazedgeneration highlighting future voices.
